I found that you need to enable advanced settings and turn on peer vpn alias, then alias all the ppl on your network to match your hamachi's network. they have to do the same..only then will it work... oh and you didnt mention your network name..

If you're behind a router, with a firewall, you'll need to either:
- open the required ports (see page 25 in the SCCT pamplet/manual ... Ports to Open for Co-op Mode)
- or, put your computer's IP in the router's DMZ
Per conversations with Ubi tech support, if your using either of the following antivirus or security suites, multiplayer modes won't work:
- McAffee Internet Security suite
- NOD32 antivirus software
Also, from Ubi tech support, multiplayer won't work with Windows XP firewall enabled.
Finally, and I'm still researching this, appears SCCT won't work across some service/network providers. I for example can't work, or stay connected, from within Charter (my high speed internet provider) ... but same computer works fine over a different provider.
After all the above is checked, as Nuke says above, multiplayer is still a little buggy with connections. You won't always connect on first attempt. Keep trying. Co-op mode is only a 2 person, peer-to-peer experience ... so if trying to connect to a listed game, somebody may have jumped in before you. Alternate is to create your own game, and let someone attempt to join to you. If unsuccessful, then something still wrong with either your router configuration, or you're getting interference from antivirus suites or your network itself.
Good luck.
